Assured protection in all back-vented facing constructions featuring open joints of up to 20mm wide, that cover no more than 20% of the surface, is given by the Delta-FASSADE range from Delta Membrane Systems. Delta-FASSADE consists of a highly tear-resistant polyester cloth with a waterproof special coating. It is uv-resistant and offers high permeability to inside vapour thanks to its Sd value of about 0.02m. A comfortable interior climate in wooden post and beam constructions is assured. Delta-FASSADE S brings enhanced specification. It provides heat insulation in all back-vented facing constructions featuring open joints up to 50mm wide that cover no more than 40% of the surface. Also available, and offered for interior application, Delta-REFLEX is an air and vapour barrier.

Delta Qwik-Seal Plugs are a watertight self- sealing plug suitable for our MS500 & Delta PT membranes.
The rubber sealing grommet which is supplied with the Delta QwikSeal plug, seals the plug when it is hammered into the membrane or substrate to give a waterproof seal. There is no need for Delta rope in this method of application to create a suitable seal.

Delta FM is a Virgin High Performance PE-VHD. Specifically designed for floor applications to combat capillary dampness and contamination. The low stud profile (4 mm) minimises the impact upon existing floor levels but still provides an air gap to achieve damp pressure equalisation. The special low profile offered by Delta FM is excellent for detailing existing staircases and tight spaces. Delta FM can be linked to other Delta MS membranes.

It provides reliable surface drainage for cellar and retaining walls as well as roof gardens, by filtering out fine-grained soil particles, ensuring constant water drainage, and permanently protecting foundation walls.
The installation instructions show how the dimpled sheet and the geotextile are installed so that they overlap at the edges, and are held in place using specifically designed Delta-HAFTNAGEL fixings which assist installation but do not replace the mecahnical fasteners applied from the outside.

Most of the projects featured are in Germany, but there is also a look at the refurbishment of an underground car park in Switzerland, and the construction of a housing estate and underground car park in Italy.
Featuring a dimpled sheet with a fused-on geotextile to form a highly effective drainage layer, Delta-TERRAXX is capable of withstanding extreme compression loads – up to 400kN/m2 – and can be installed at depths of up to 10m.
Facing up, the geotextile acts as a filter protecting the air gap created by the dimpled sheet underneath.

Delta DualProof is a fully and permanently bonded, Pre-Applied, Type A waterproofing membrane. DualProof is a continuous Type A waterproofing system for pre-application seals foundations, below ground surfaces of floors and walls and details of reinforced concrete earth retaining structures. Delta DualProof is applied before steel reinforcement is fixed and concrete poured. The special non-woven PP Fleece
of DualProof is co-extruded with a highly flexible, water and gas resistant (Radon), transparent PVC layer. Freshly poured concrete forms a strong mechanical bond with the PP-Fleece, preventing water tracking between the membrane and the concrete once cured.
