Tool & Gauge Kitchen is a café and shared kitchen facility located within the new Frome Business Park in Somerset. The team at Interaction has designed a contemporary social space where people can eat, drink and connect, with a modern monochrome design that respects the building’s industrial history. It was important that the flooring offered a practical surface with plenty of character and a sense of intrigue.

Franke Water Systems was chosen for a local school Henry Fanshawe in Dronfield for their washrooms refurbishment over the summer break. Franke were chosen to supply a mixed range of products including solid surface washtroughs and stainless steel sanitaryware. The project included a range of Miranit composite wash troughs and stainless steel circular washtroughs complete with self-closing taps and SD80 soap dispensers.

Aros Kapital employees enjoy a personalised coffee experience at Gothenburg HQAros Kapital’s Gothenburg HQ was designed with the employees in mind. As well as boasting stylish details and designer furniture, the modern office gives Aros Kapital staff access to a personalised, barista-quality coffee experience through their TopBrewer coffee machines.The Aros Kapital team installed TopBrewers in three different areas throughout the office to provide a consistent experience for all staff. Regather, is a not for profit, community food business which aim to create value-based food chains. Established for over a decade, the locally sourced fruit and veg box section of the business has doubled in size during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Regather only had a very small area for a goods lift to be installed due to the main entrance and a staircase. Goods Lift Design Engineer Umar Lodhi was up to the task and created a MezzLift design that not only fits the space but does not block the entrance to the building when the doors were open

This exciting project at Old Granada Studios, Manchester will the see the existing office building refurbished and fitted out into the new hotel, complete with a vertical extension to form an outdoor swimming pool and roof-top bar area on the eighth and ninth floors. An additional two-story extension to the side of the main building will form a new restaurant and additional rooms.Old Granada Studios is a true Manchester landmark; a building brimming with heritage and history. The re-invention of this famous building will create a place where people come together to work, stay and play. It will be a new cultural destination for the city. It will be a culture of cool places, a world-renowned hotel, studios, workspace, food and drink.The old Granada Studios is anchored by the internationally renowned Soho House Group with their stylish members’ club, restaurant, bar and the new concept Mollie’s Motel. The iconic studios have also been modernised and activated by Manchester Studios with the best production and broadcast facilities in Manchester, they are once again the city’s leading creativity complex for TV, film, music and digital content.Soundis supplied of an area approximately 7,000 sq meters, across 9 different levels which consisted of various flooring build ups.  Systems included, the Soundis Cradle & Batten Acoustic Flooring System to help improve both airborne and impact performance, this system is also compliant with Robust Details FFT2. Overlayed were the Soundis Dry Screed Panels; applied to level the structural deck to minimum of SR2 Standards. Another flooring system we supplied at this project was the Soundis CineSystem Ultra Floor offering many additional acoustic benefits. This system also offers the greatest strength, whilst the large dead load that the floated slab provides, ensures minimal movement under the addition of any live loading.

From this assessment the Dolphin ALAVO modular system was chosen to be an integral part of the upgrade as it contained all the required elements of mirrors, lighting, taps, hand dryers, paper towel and soap dispensers in an attractive integrated modular system. Working with designer Katherine Rawlings and contractor Sarah Constructions, Dolphin Solutions AU was able to deliver the ALAVO system as pictured to be a vital part of the upgrade works at Adelaide Airport South Australia.

C.A.T. worked alongside Selfridges designers to produce a stair nosing finish that creates a fantastic welcoming first impression upon entrance into the Food Hall.

Our team at Helmsman manufactured and installed a variety of staff lockers. Helmsman team manufactured 75 full-length metal lockers, 9 garment collectors, 5 of 15-compartment garment dispensers, and a special 15-compartment garment locker, with the top half there are 5 compartment garment dispensers and the bottom 10 compartments manufactured as garment collectors. All the lockers were finished with sloping tops. Sloping tops are a brilliant extra as they prevent the growth of dust and dirt on top of the lockers.The specification of the metal lockers was 1800mm high, 380mm wide, and 450mm deep. The colours of the lockers were picked from our standard shades, the body of all the lockers was powder-coated in the shade ‘Ice’ whereas the doors were powder-coated in ‘Skye’ which is a great vibrant shade. All the staff lockers were finished with our Camlocks, which is a great secure lock, as it assures the users that their personal belongings are safe and secure whilst at work.Additionally, for their order, our customers requested 5 bench seats in a wet spec which is suitable for wet environments with specifications 3250mm long, and 350mm deep. Benches are an excellent addition that allows employees to sit down when they need to change their shoes than standing and balancing.

GEC Anderson stainless steel worktops were included in the revamped Café area within the prestigious RIBA Building on Portland Place, in London. The refurbishment works were carried out by Beck Interiors.The small café space is adjacent to the main member’s restaurant and provides small snacks and pastries as well as drinks and refreshments. The L-shaped stainless steel counter / sinktop was produced in one piece, providing not only an aesthetic advantage but also practicality, durability and hygiene.

Brett Landscaping’s new Invicta block paving has been used to create brand new external pedestrian paths, walkways and seating areas at forty EG Group franchise sites across the United Kingdom. The new sites include drive-thru Starbucks and Leon restaurants, which are being built at existing Asda supermarkets and EG Group forecourts. Brett Landscaping’s Invicta Trio range has been installed in Moonstone colour to complement the new restaurant and coffee shop buildings. Pantheon expressed their interest in Billi which was followed by a visit to the London office of one of the Billi UK’s existing customers, Fabric Systems. To further confirm Pantheon in their thinking, they received recommendations from both, the architect practice, Perkins + Will, as well as the workplace optimization, office design and fit-out company, Maris Interiors.The selected tap was the Billi Quadra Plus 15, which combines modern, contemporary styling with market leading dispense capacity and all these features from one single under counter unit.

Leicester racecourse has recently undergone a revamp of their washrooms, and Franke Water Systems were proud to be the chosen supplier. The Racecourse grounds cover 220 acres of beautiful greenery, and it holds 30 race meetings a year. We’ve installed washrooms on three levels of a newly refurbished Grade A office building in the heart of London’s Mayfair district. The new washrooms were designed to mirror the reception area by using American Black Walnut real wood veneer and the same marble finish for the vanities. Illuminated mirrors plus wall-mounted taps and soap dispensers complete the design, while the marble panelling continues full height around the sinks and behind the mirrors. Our Alto full height toilet cubicles add to the high specification design.

We've upgraded the washrooms at a busy shopping centre in Northampton featuring Alavo integrated consumable units from Dolphin Dispensers and bespoke Corian vanities. The washrooms also feature our Senza cubicles, which were manufactured in solid grade laminate (SGL) and finished with an attractive walnut veneer to complement the contemporary style. Our Concerto integrated duct panel system, which was also manufactured in SGL with matching walnut veneer finish to complement the cubicles, was installed underneath the vanities and behind the WCs and urinals.

Triton Square is an office building in London’s West End. It was originally designed in the 1990’s and has recently been transformed to suit today’s workstyles.The re-development included doubling the floor area and creating an exemplary sustainable and healthy workplace. It was essential that BREEAM guidelines were met. Large quantities of bespoke taps and soap dispensers were needed within a tight delivery timeframe. Water saving technology was also a major requirement.We worked closely with our customer to understand their goals and how best to achieve them. The Latvian National Museum of Art, located in the Capital, Riga, is host to the richest collection of national art in Latvia. Reconstruction of the museum was completed in 2015, transforming the space inside to maximise the viewing experience. The ceiling was constructed using 5,578 FR treated Riga Prime boards cut, machined, and primed "in house" by Latvijas Finieris. The finished panels were then attached to a steel frame with concealed fixtures.

Arwel House, a mid-twentieth-century brick-built house nestled in the Staffordshire countryside, has undergone a remarkable transformation. Machin envisioned a retrofit and remodelling process that would highlight the house's character and unique details, re-establishing its connection with the surrounding gardens and agricultural landscape.The interior rooms were refurbished, and a new two-story extension was added to provide additional living and bathroom space. The outdated veranda and sunroom at the front of the property were removed, along with their degraded PVC-u windows and joinery.A striking garden room now graces the south-facing elevation, featuring an imposing white façade that interacts with the shadows cast by nearby trees. Gowercroft Joinery played a pivotal role in this transformation, manufacturing large timber-framed windows and sliding doors for the garden room. White timber-clad columns, reminiscent of the original veranda, complement the overall design.Two covered external spaces adjacent to the garden room serve as pleasant sitting areas, bridging the gap between indoors and outdoors. At the beginning of 2016, they started a major refurbishment of their head office. With around 700 employees, they were facing an issue how to meet the demand for hot and chilled filtered water across the three floors. A cause of staff frustration can be the inability to get a drink when they want it, and through the unique energy efficiency technology, the Billi Quadra range provides the solution. Following discussions and a site visit, based on the Billi recommendation, mothercare selected the very popular Quadra 460XL boiling and chilled system in chrome with matching drainage font.

To coincide with the launch of Morrison’s ‘M Kitchen’ range, a state-of-the-art Taste Kitchen has been constructed at the supermarket’s headquarters in Bradford. An existing kitchen was fully refurbished to create the facility which is used to trial food products for the new range.

Parkeray’s new HQ at 24 King William Street is an open-plan office space, offering their employees a great space for collaborative working and client’s meetings. They were looking for a high-capacity under-counter system with a matching mixer tap to complement their stylish kitchen space, suitable for bottle filling as well. Parkeray went ahead with two of the Billi Quadra Sparkling Plus in Matte Black with matching drainage fonts, providing boiling and chilled filtered water and paddle mixer taps, dispensing hot and cold filtered water to the impressive new office space.

Dublin airport’s new Terminal 2 has been described as 'a first-class mix of form and function’ – a contemporary, high-spec building designed for efficiency. Having the perfect balance of form and function in mind, stylish stainless steel fittings complemented the sleek modern lines of the washroom and offered features essential to a smooth, efficient washroom experience. 'No touch' stainless steel taps and hand dryers, combined with panel mounted soap dispensers (with easy to access 5 litre refillable soap bottle), helped create a washroom that looks good and that is quick and easy to use.

The Dolphin Luxury Office Collection was chosen as the centrepiece for this washroom due to its numerous benefits. The prestigious features were able to transform the space to give a luxury feel and the stainless steel fittings could be built to spec without compromising on design to create a quality finish. A selection of products, including our Panel Mounted Infrared Tap and Touch Free Soap Dispenser, were an ideal solution due to the high footfall environment. These products are perfectly suited to organisations wishing to achieve excellent/outstanding/platinum BREEAM, LEED or SKA ratings.

The ideal modern washroom included: mounted taps to minimise splash-back, bespoke combination units with special makeup bins to prevent toilet blockages and even matching sanitiser and toilet roll holders. We worked with UBS facilities and Make Architects as the design consultants to create the perfect washroom. Not a single aspect was overlooked – we even changed the design of our soap dispensers and taps to suit the client’s needs. Our numerous site visits paid off and the client was delighted, particularly because our designs reduced carbon emissions by 65%.

We worked closely with the architectural team to create a bespoke washroom design as part of this refurbishment project. The washrooms feature a full height, fully integrated wall cladding system including wall mounted mirrors with concealed soap and towel dispensers. Our Concerto integrated duct panels were faced with anodised aluminium to provide an exceptionally durable surface. We also installed glass partitions and our full height Alto Kristalla glass toilet cubicles, each manufactured with acid etch mirror to the face. Highly durable Corian was used for the vanities.
