Description

A self supporting structural glazed rooflight system, glazed with solid or multi-wall polycarbonate, glass or solid insulated panels. The system is suitable for glazing walkways, conservatories and atria.


A versatile stick system able to suit unlimited size and shape roof openings, including Mono-pitch, Ridgelights, Hip-Ended Ridgelights, Glazed Gables, Triangular, Pyramids, Stepped Solutions, Polygons and more.


Whilst slopes are commonly specified at 30º or 45º, they can be as low as 5º to near vertical. The system can also be used for vertical glazing.


Features and benefits:

  • The system has internal water management system.
  • Can be used to effectively cover walkways, large scale conservatory areas and atria on prestigious buildings or as an area of vertical glazing.
  • Can be used with accessories such as smoke or natural ventilation modules, access hatches and doors.
  • Can be glazed in a range of polycarbonate and glass options - from solid single skin for canopies and unheated spaces, Lumira® and glass, to multi-wall structured, which will give high thermal performance for Part ‘L’ compliance.


Performance:

  • Maximum wind loading to BS 6399:1: 1.5 kPa.
  • Maximum imposed loading to BS 6399:3: 0.75 kPa.
  • Safety: Non-fragile – polycarbonate rooflights achieve a Class B rating to ACR[M]001:2014, and glass options are available with a CWCT Class 1 or Class 2 specification.
