Description
Render protected, mechanically fixed external wall insulation (EWI) system based on phenolic foam insulant and mesh-cloth reinforcement.
Features and benefits:
- Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC)/ hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) free.
- Good impact resistance.
- Provides weather protection.
- BBA approved.
- Lightweight.
- A wide range of finish coat colours are available.
- Can be used for decorating and re-modelling existing facades.
- When installed to a masonry substrate and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, the system will remain effective for at least 30 years. The durability can be extended to 60 years by using specific fixings, accessories, additional adhesive and by following a planned inspection and maintenance schedule.
