Application

Suitable for Warmshell Woodfibre Insulation Boards used on walls externally.

Description

Warmshell Meshcoat is a high performance lime render used to coat and prepare Warmshell Woodfibre and similar external insulation backgrounds, before the decorative finish coat is applied. It is used as the first coat in a two coat build up, and is highly breathable, easy to use and helps provide fire and weather resistance to the wall.

The render is carefully designed using lime and breathable, recycled aggregates to give exceptional performance that can't be achieved with cement or site mixes.

Features and benefits:

  • Breathable, high-performance basecoat.
  • Designed to give impact and weather resistance to woodfibre boards, insulations, and lightweight backgrounds.
  • Complies to BS EN 998-1.
  • One bag covers approximately 1.8 m² at 10 mm thick.
  • Yield is 1.1 kg per mm of depth over 1 m².
