Application
Suitable for use in pitched roof applications.
Description
Wakaflex Rapid Flashing can be used instead of lead for the majority of pitched roof applications. The speed and ease of installation enables standard flashing details to be completed twice as quickly as with lead, offering a viable and safer alternative to traditional methods.
Key Advantages:
- Lead-free.
- Gives the appearance of lead but no scrap value means Wakaflex Rapid Flashing is not at risk of theft.
- Ability to chemically bond to itself when overlapped. This creates one continuous waterproof seal for joins and step flashings.
- Can be moulded quickly and easily, without the need for welding or special tools, thanks to the self-fusing properties of the material.
