Zinc rainscreen cladding panel.
Interlocking Panels consist of a panel face, reveal joint and are fixed in position using hidden fasteners. The panels can be orientated horizontally or vertically and can be applied equally to soffits. Panels are available in all finishes of 1 mm thick VMZINC with standard panel widths being 200, 250 and 300 mm. The maximum panel width is 333 mm and length 6 m, panels of less than 0.5 m are not recommended. Joint widths can be either 10 or 20 mm. It should be noted that panel width = panel face + joint. The depth of the panel is 25 mm.
It involves installing interlocking panels on a metal or wooden framework fixed to the supporting structure (masonry or metal structure). The panels are simply connected by the use of an interlocking fold giving the elegant appearance of a recessed joint.

Its name reflects the charcoal colour. ANTHAR-ZINC is covered on both sides with a surface treatment. Suitable for highly structured architecture.
A shiny metallic appearance when new and develops a patina naturally over time. It gradually takes on a uniform matt grey appearance. Also known as mill finish or bright.
Based on QUARTZ-ZINC to which mineral pigments are added. Preserves the naturally grained texture of pre-weathered zinc. The coating and pigments don't alter the environmental properties of pre-weathered VMZINC. Moreover, the coating does not contain chromate.
