A one part, emulsion acrylic based, intumescent sealant.
Application
For sealing of joints, voids and irregular holes in Euroform sheathing boards. Also for stopping unnecessary air leakage at the joints between sheathing boards and around openings.
Packaging - 600 ml foil pack.
Shelf Life - 24 months unopened.
Store - Cool dry conditions between + 5°C and 30°C. (Protect from frost).
Curing Rate - 1 mm / 24hrs at 50% RH 23°C.
Colder temperatures will extend curing time.
Skin Time - 10 minutes.
Tack Free Time - 15 minutes.
Maximum Joint Width - 50 mm.
Description
Versaseal® is a one part, emulsion acrylic based, intumescent sealant that gives a firm yet flexible seal to movement joints in the Euroform sheathing board range. Versaseal® is available in Grey or White to complement the colour of the board being used. Versaseal® is halogen free, over paintable and non-slump making it easy to apply and tool off.
