Application

Suitable for roofs of 15–55º pitch (55-75º available please contact Fakro).

Description

Top hung and pivot roof window.


Features and benefits:

  • Manufactured from white, multi-chambered PVC-U profiles with galvanized steel reinforcement.
  • The window can be opened outwards, hinged around the top edge, or rotated around a centre pivot. The opening method is set using the preSelect switch in the frame.
  • V35 air inlet gives air flow of 16–37m³/ hour when the window is closed.
  • 1.4 W/m²K overall (1.0 W/m²K glass).

E: Single window flashing.

– Second letter:

Denotes the compatible roof covering.

  • E: Sheet metal roofing.
  • H: Profile roof coverings up to 90 mm deep.
  • L: Slates up to 8 mm thick.
  • P: Plain tiles.
  • S: Thin roof covering.
  • Z: Profiled roof covering up to 45 mm deep.

– Third letter:

Denotes the position of the roof window in relation to the roof.

  • A: Roof window up to 10º out of plane of roof. 15–90º pitches.
  • J: Roof window set 30 mm below standard plane. 20–90º pitches.
  • N: Roof window set 30 mm above standard plane. 15–90º pitches.
  • T: Insulated flashing for roof windows set 30 mm above standard plane. 15–90º pitches.
  • V: Roof window at standard plane. 15–90º pitches, except for EPV which is limited to 25–90º pitches.
