Description
IKO Permascreed LI quick-drying screed is a next-generation screeding solution that combines exceptional performance with up to 46% lower embodied carbon, making it the smart, sustainable choice for flat roofs and walkways. IKO Permascreed LI can be installed in multiple layers to create drainage falls, level out uneven substrates, and provide a stable base for the specified roofing and waterproofing systems. It is suitable for new build and refurbishment projects. Our mastic asphalt screed provides a speedy alternative to traditional sand and cement screeds. It is manufactured from selected bitumen, limestone filler, and specially graded aggregates.

Drying time | Cools very fast and can normally be trafficked within the same day. Guidance for specification option: It also has zero water content, meaning there is no waiting for moisture to evaporate which eliminates the risk of cement stained water entering the structure. Therefore, waterproofing can be laid very quickly after the installation of IKO Permascreed. |
