  • For use on walls with a thickness of 86–310 mm (FD30) or 96–310 mm (FD60).
  • Suitable for concealing risers and service cupboards.
  • Suitable for construction of jib doors.
  • Suitable for 30/60 fire-rated doors. Maximum door sizes apply.



Description

Steel section door frame, reveal lining and edge bead for single swing doors in gypsum board faced, metal or timber stud internal walls.


Features and benefits:

  • Plaster is feathered over perforated face to produce seamless appearance after painting.
  • Eliminates need for separate lining board or architrave.
  • Durable edges.
  • Choice of size. Specials available.
  • Cold rolled pre-galvanized and annealed steel. Gauge: 0.86 mm. Coating: G90 (approximately equivalent to 90 g/m²).
  • Supplied by manufacturer cut to finished length, fitted with head joiner insert at corners, punched for hinges and strike plate.
  • Door width (maximum): 1000 mm.
  • Door height (maximum): 3000 mm.

Standard flush hinges are surface mounted to frame. Purpose made. ROC-York/ Tectus hinges are secured to back box on the frame with cut-outs provided, prior to frame installation. Hinge cutouts to doors are pre-prepared in the factory. Notch in timber substrate specific to each hinge.
