Slip resistant, carpet tile tackifier adhesive.
Application
For use on dry, structurally sound floors including:
- Concrete.
- Sand/ cement.
- Cementitious underlays.
- Securely fixed and stable plywood floors.
- Non-absorbent, old and smooth floorcoverings such as linoleum, vinyl, and terrazzo.
- Raised access floor panels.
Application tools:
- Lambswool roller.
- Brush.
- Sprayed.
Description
A water based acrylic polymer dispersion that provides a permanent tacky film when applied to stable and smooth subfloors. For use in fixing carpet tiles and loose-lay PVC floors or floorcoverings with PVC backings.
Features and benefits:
- The tack prevents movement of the floorcovering under general traffic, providing a slip resistant bond and allowing floorcoverings to be uplifted and replaced.
- Allows replacement of worn or damaged tiles with ease.
- Good slip resistance and non-skid resilience.
- Particularly suitable for use with underfloor heating systems.
- GEV - EMICODE, EC1PLUS - very low emission classification.
- Meets LEED requirements for low emitting materials: adhesives and sealants.
