Application

For driveways, a surface course of 6 mm ULTIPOROUS is recommended at 30 m thickness. For car parks s it is recommended that 10 mm ULTIPOROUS at 35–40 mm thickness be used. ULTIPOROUS can also be used as a porous fast draining surface for footpaths, cycleways, sports surfaces and public spaces. ULTIPOROUS LEISURE is a porous asphalt designed for outdoor playgrounds and sports surfaces. ULTIPOROUS TENNIS is a specialist porous asphalt designed for tennis courts.

Description

Combining drainage characteristics with long term durability, ULTIPOROUS is hard wearing permeable asphalt which eliminates the problem of surface water while meeting relevant local planning requirements.

Using the latest porous asphalt technology and a modified binder, the open aggregate structure allows effective drainage and avoids surface water.
Eliminates the problem of both standing water and ice patches which can occur in cold weather conditions.
Avoids expensive additional drainage, allowing quicker project delivery.
Available in 6 mm for driveways and 10 mm for car parks. When combined with the Ultiflow range of permeable sub-base aggregates, it offers a complete permeable solution.
