Description
The UDF-50REM Smoke Vent is fitted with solid, insulated covers, and has electric actuation for remote opening and closing.
The kerb is 305 mm in height with integral capflashing, 50 mm polyisocyanurate insulation with a U-value of 0.47 W/m²K, fully-welded at corners, and 114 mm mounting flange with 11 mm holes provided for securing frame to the roof deck.
Features and benefits:
- Designed to satisfy Building Regulations and meets Approved Document B, BS 9999 and EN 12101.
- Also compatible with other guidance and codes of practices, for example those issued by the British Research Establishment such as BRE 79204.
- Operation of the covers not affected by temperature.
- Entire vent weathertight with fully welded corner joints on covers and curb.
- Wind deflectors 4 mm aluminium with 3 mm EPDM gasket.
