Description

Preformed damp proof course (DPC) cavity trays with attached flashing for use as a remedial solution or with existing pitched roof/ gable abutments.


Features and benefits:

  • Preformed, self-supporting, moulded damp proof course (DPC) cavity trays.
  • Injection moulded solid DPC
  • Fitted from outside, with minimum of masonry removed.
  • Attached shaped flashing secured in bosem jaw.
  • Attached flashings available in short or long lengths to suit roof tiling/ slating details.
  • Temperature resistance: -20°C to +70°C.
  • UV and Ozone resistant.
  • Designed to suit standard 75 mm high brickwork courses.
  • Flashings and trays are flush pointed as masonry is raised eliminating the need to rake out joints for insertion/ fixing of lead flashing.
  • Hinged variable angle upstand accommodates a wide range of cavity widths.
  • Suitable for traditional masonry cavity construction or timber frame construction.


Range:

  • Catchment trays for building in at the bottom of a slope to catch water and direct it, via weepholes, to the outside of a masonry wall.
  • Intermediate trays available in either hand and built in at each course over the length of an abutment rake.
  • Ridge trays used to straddle a roof ridge abutment.
  • External angles used in place of catchment trays when commencing laying from the corner of a building.
