Application
Prevents transference from one dwelling to another via the party wall.
Description
A petheleyne party wall damp proof course (DPC).
Features and benefits:
- Designed to prevent water that accidently spills or floods within one dwelling from permeating an adjoining dwelling.
- Acts as a gas-resistant membrane link barrier from one membrane to adjoining membrane.
- The base of the barrier acts as a DPC and extends under both skins of the party wall.
- The upstand acts as a dam against water flooding between dwellings.
- The upward extending profile can interface with commonly used perimeter gas barriers.
