Total Torch Warm Deck Roofing System

Two layer roofing system incorporating SBS modified elastomeric bitumen membranes, vapour control layers, insulation and accessories.

The Total Torch Warm Roof System incorporates the Total Torch Vapour Dispersion Layer and the Total Torch Vapour Control Layer. Both membranes are manufactured with stripes to one side of the membrane to facilitate the effective management of water vapour. Once the Total Torch Vapour Control layer has been bonded to the substrate, heat is applied to its specially designed stripes onto which the insulation is fixed. Thermazone Torch-On insulation is the approved insulant for use within the Total Torch system. Total Torch Vapour Dispersion Layer is torch applied directly to the Thermazone Torch-On insulation and subsequently covered with either the Tecnatorch or Flexitorch capsheets.
