Application

  • Walls.
  • Columns.
  • All types of building with vertical construction where a high quality aesthetic finish is required.

Description

Free-flowing, self-compacting concrete for vertical applications without remedial work.

Features and benefits:

  • Eliminates the need for any further remedial work.
  • Provides a high quality surface finish.
  • Can be altered to suit project requirements once placing techniques, surface finish, formwork design and strength requirements are determined.
  • Fast flowing (maintenance of fluidity is typically two hours) - highly fluid material will replicate the exact shape and texture of formwork, and can therefore be used in design applications.
  • Easier placement, reducing labour requirements and permitting flexible use of labour onsite.
  • Can be placed either by pump, crane or skip.
  • Can be pigmented to offer flexibility on appearance and effect.
  • Can be supplied with an integral waterproofing admixture.
  • No vibration - eliminating vibration reduces noise pollution and improves on-site working conditions.
  • Maintenance of fluidity: Two hours (longer retention can be specified once placing methodology has been determined).
  • BSI Kitemark.

Other requirements:

  • Optional integral waterproofing admixture.
