Thermally modified Scandinavian Pine timber cladding.
Suitable for external and interior timber cladding.
Millworks source all ThermoWood® Pine from carefully selected International ThermoWood® Association members. Thermal modification enhances the wood’s natural attributes resulting in a timber that boasts impressive stability and improved durability suitable for a wide range applications, profiles and finishes.
ThermoWood® Pine timber cladding is dark brown in colour throughout, with recognisable round and butterfly-shaped knots. The thermal modification reduces the woods’ ability to absorb moisture, resulting in a board that is less prone to warping, twisting, or cupping.
Millworks C Grade timber features prominent knots, grain variations, and other natural characteristics that are crucial for maintaining the integrity of the board. These visual characteristics are not a reflection of durability or quality. This grade is ideal for cladding projects that wish to showcase the timber’s natural beauty with visible grain pattern and texture.
