Application
Open-jointed back-ventilated rainscreen cladding system which is suitable for use as an open-jointed, back-ventilated, porcelain stone ceramic facade on commercial buildings, including high risk buildings (HRBs) and residential buildings.
Description
This is an open-jointed or sealed back-ventilated rainscreen facade system. Uniquely fully prefabricated in the UK as an installation-ready facade system in compliance with ISO TS 17870-3 2023, which states that all fabrication must be done in an ISO 9001 certified, quality controlled environment. Porcelain Stone is an Impervious material which negates any need for sealing or secondary coating.
Unique and bold concepts possible using the either or a combination of our 2 in house designed support systems. Allowing Non-sequential installation and removal of panels without disturbance to adjacent panels in compliance with ISO TS 17870-3 2023.

Secondary support structure | Aluminium carrier rails. Guidance for specification option: Horizontal rails The horizontal rails are manufactured from extruded aluminium alloy (grade EN AW-6063 T6) to BS EN 12020-1. The rails are available with an anodised coating or a mill finish and are supplied in six-metre lengths. They provide support for the panels and are mechanically fixed to the vertical sub-frame. Vertical rails The vertical rails are a series of T-profile sections manufactured from 2.5 mm thick aluminium alloy (grade 6063/ T6) to BS EN 12020-1 and are available in three profile sizes: 50 x 50, 50 x 75 and 60 x 75 mm. Integral accessories | Aluminium clamps. Guidance for specification option: Hang-on System incorporate a minimum two rows of three aluminium (grade 6063/ T6) clamps, each mechanically fixed using one hexagon screw per clamp in the same manner. In addition, the top of the two corner upper row clamps includes a bolt to adjust the position of the panel, and one of the two corner upper row clamps also includes a screw to secure the clamp to the horizontal rail. |
