SureCav - The Sustainable Solution

SureCav is the 100% recycled plastic cavity spacer system that ensures a clear moisture-free cavity. Designed to replace concrete backing blocks, it's the sustainable, cheaper and faster alternative. 6x lower the CO2 footprint. It is the only way to build an approved 25 mm cavity, reducing wall widths and creating space for more insulation or extra internal floor space. As well as avoiding moisture issues, it creates a "wall" of protection against wind-driven rain.

Full BBA Approval for the 25 and 50 mm across the whole of the UK in any exposure zone.

Accepted across LABC sites, premier and checkmate. It's also used on NHBC sites across the UK.

SureCav reduces emissions. It would take 6347 lorries of concrete blocks to deliver the same m2 as 221 lorries of SureCav. That's 6126 lorries saved from the road and the emissions loading/ offloading.

It is lighter-weight and easy to use.

Ideal to use with stone, brick, block, render systems, flint and slate.
