Super Fast Plus adhesive, with a special formula containing mainly Ethyl Cyanoacrylate Monomer bonds in seconds. It does not contain solvent. For porous materials, use with SUPER FAST PLUS Activator.

Application

SUPER FAST PLUS provides an exceptionally strong bond between almost all kinds of materials, with the exception of polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and fluorine containing plastic materials (PTFE).


Materials which can be bonded with Super Fast Plus include:

  • ABS.
  • Aluminium.
  • Bakelite.
  • Bronze.

  • Glass.
  • Natural rubber.

Materials not suitable for use with Super Fast Plus:

  • Polyethylene (PE).
  • Polypropylene (PP).
  • Plastic Materials containing Fluorine (PTFE).


How to use Super Fast Plus

To use Super Fast Plus simply apply product to each surface and immediately press together for approximately 8-10 seconds (at a moderate 20°C) to achieve a bonding strength between 5 to 28 N/mm² (depending on the materials being adhered).


Using on porous surfaces?

When bonding porous materials, such as wood and stone, use in conjunction with SUPER FAST PLUS Activator. The Activator is pre-applied to all porous surfaces in advance of Super Fast Plus adhesive.

  • A single-component adhesive.
  • Solvent-Free.
  • Fast Acting - bonds in seconds.
  • Consists mainly of ethyl cyanoacrylate monomer.
  • Exceptionally strong bond between almost all kinds of materials.
  • Available in two sizes: 20 and 50 ml.


Features and benefits:

  • Temperature resistant in the range from -60°C up to 100°C.
  • Resistant to solvents, oils, benzene, temperature fluctuations and atmospheric conditions.
  • Superfast Plus joints have a high tensile shear strength and show no shrinkage.
