Application

Suitable for the protection of steelwork in a range of exposure environments from C1 to C5 as defined in EN ISO 12944-6:2018, including buildings, petrochemical plants and power stations.

Not for immersion service.

Suitable for application in shops or onsite for blast cleaned steel or suitably prepared galvanized steel and stainless steel.

A multi-functional high-solids two-pack epoxy zinc phosphate coating for the protection of carbon steel.

Suitable for the protection of steelwork in a range of exposure environments from C1 to C5 as defined in EN ISO 12944-6:2018, including buildings, petrochemical plants and power stations.

Not for immersion service.

Suitable for application in shops or onsite for blast cleaned steel or suitably prepared galvanized steel and stainless steel.

Global R7K119 or No.2 or No.50 for thinning with maximum 10% by volume (up to 6% by weight) to adapt the viscosity.

Thinning will affect VOC compliance, sag tolerance and dry film thicknesses.

Airless spray, conventional spray, brush or roller.

Drying time

At -5°C: to recoat: 24 hours; to handle: 30 hours.
At +10°C: to recoat: 5.5 hours; to handle: 8 hours.
At +23°C: to recoat: 2 hours; to handle: 3 hours.
At +35°C: to recoat: 45 minutes; to handle: 40 minutes.

Theoretical: 10.67 m²/L (6.67 m²/kg).

Flash point

Base: 24°C; hardener: 28°C.

Volume solids

To ISO 3233-3, 80% ±3%.

VOC content
