Speed Ramps

The AUTOPA Speed Ramp 50:

• The AUTOPA Speed Ramp 50 is designed to slow traffic to approximately 10 mph.
• Manufactured from recycled plastic, this speed ramp is suitable for wide variety of vehicle types, including heavy goods vehicles with pneumatic tyres up to 40 tonnes.
• The combination of high contrast black and yellow sections with high visibility reflectors guarantee that the ramp can be seen in even the worst conditions.
• AUTOPA’s speed ramps are fully modular and created from a variety of sections (each sold separately), allowing any length of speed ramp to be created as required.
• All shoulders and inners are available in black or yellow.
• 50 mm above ground.
• 420 mm wide.
• Inner Section: 500 mm long.
• Shoulder Section: 210 mm long.

The AUTOPA Speed Ramp 75:

• The AUTOPA Speed Ramp 75 is designed to slow traffic to approximately 5 mph.
• The high visibility combination of black and yellow sections with white reflectors ensure that the ramp can be seen in all weather conditions.
• Manufactured from recycled plastic, these ramps are suitable for all vehicles, including HGV’s with pneumatic tyres up to 40 tonnes.
• Fully modular, AUTOPA’s speed ramps are made up of a variety of sections (each sold separately), allowing any length of speed ramp to be created as required.
• All shoulders and inners are available in black or yellow.
• 75 mm above ground.
• 480 mm wide.
• Inner Section: 500 mm long.
• Shoulder Section: 210 mm long.

Installation:

• All bolts, fixings and reflectors are included with the ramp segments (bolts provided are suitable for fixing to a concrete surface of at least 100 mm thick).
• Due to variable vehicle specifications some ‘grounding’ may occasionally occur.
• In order to minimise ‘grounding’ ensure the area surrounding the ramps is flat and level with no nearby surface irregularities or gradient changes.
