Traditional standing-seam cladding.


Features and benefits:

  • All system components as non-combustible.
  • Available in aluminium, steel and SnapLoc™Aluminium-ZINC in a range of finishes:
  • Aluminium: Armacoil™ HDP, Stucco-Embossed Mill-Finish (SEMF) and Smooth Mill Finish (MF).
  • Steel: APL PUF, PRISMA, LeatherGrain (LG) Plastisol and plain galvanized finishes.
  • SnapLoc™Aluminium-ZINC.
  • Matching roof system available (specified separately).
  • NO SEAMING required making installation a quicker and easier process.
  • The height of the seam is generally 40 mm with an option available for 30 mm.
  • Pan widths of 250 and 450 mm.
  • Successfully CWCT-tested.
  • A1 fire-rated coatings as standard.
  • Available as a fire-resistance rated insulated system assembly when combined with APL Tritherm™ Spacer System, with simple system upgrades for improved fire resistance performance.
  • Available with coating warranties up to 40 years including in marine environments.
  • System constructions available onto APL StrongBak™, cladding rails, SFS and blockwork.

Between liner/ sheathing board and decking profile: A1-rated, thickness as required to meet U-value requirement.

Minimum lambda of 0.040 for all calculation purpose; allow an additional minimum of 10% of the cavity depth of soft-type insulation for compression to allow insulation to fill decking profile corrugations;

With maximum 33 kg/m³ type, use P211/ Insulation Pins with P534 Washer at three per m², bonded to liner sheet with P663 Adhesive or mechanically fixed with P191/HH fixing to TH50/56.
