Passivhaus-certified smoke ventilation glass rooflight / Skylight.


Includes all the features of the standard Glass Skylight FE Passivhaus, but with the added safety features of an EN 12101-2 certified electrical smoke and heat exhaust ventilator rooflight.


Features and benefits:

  • Achieves high levels of wind and rain resistance, good air tightness and thermal insulation values, and snow loads from SL 1000–SL 2000.
  • Multi-stage ventilation fitted as standard, providing safety in the event of a fire.
  • Fully factory assembled product which reduces on-site installation time.
  •  The thermally broken aluminium frame is free of thermal bridges, saving heating costs.
  • Simple design with uniform appearance.
  • The glass reinforced plastic (GRP) heat-insulated upstand has a white interior finish, removing the need for internal plastering.
  • Isothermally balanced - the 12.6° isothermal line remains within the rooflight structure, preventing condensate and mould which improves comfort and hygiene.
  • Good acoustics and soundproofing, with a sound insulation value of 39 Rw dB.
  • Light transmittance value of 66% (clear glazing).
  • Opens to 165° in under 60 seconds to channel smoke, heat and toxic gases quickly out of the building, ensuring safety in the event of a fire.
  • Ventilation angles of 15° and 30°.
  • Optional natural ventilation and sun protection are available.
  • CE marked to EN 14351.
  • Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) according to EN 15804, EN ISO 14040 and EN ISO 14044.
