Composite acoustic stud.
Aimed at helping achieve acoustic performances on site. Allows for easy cutting and maintains its shape during installation (removing the chance of ‘screw popping’).
Available in two sizes, the Resilient Acoustic Stud (RAS) range is a game-changing innovation for party wall and external corridor wall partitions. It is a simple C-stud which has an inbuilt acoustic material preventing airborne and impact sound from passing through dividing walls.
RAS 90 can deliver the acoustic requirements of Approved Document E, whilst reducing the partition width by 50 mm, releasing significant development value for clients.
