Description

High performance, one-component, high solids, UV-stable, liquid applied polyurethane roof waterproofing system with low odour.


System includes:

  • Waterproofing (Top Coat): Sika® Decothane Ultra
  • Waterproofing (Reinforcement): Sika® Reemat Premium
  • Waterproofing (Base Coat): Sika® Decothane Ultra Base Coat
  • Carrier Layer: S-Vap 5000E SA
  • Primer: Primer 600/610


-Waterproofing (top coat):

Decothane® Ultra is a cold-applied, one component, seamless, highly elastic, UV stable and moisture-triggered polyurethane membrane with significantly reduced odour. It cures to form a seamless,

durable and weather-resistant waterproofing solution for exposed roof areas.

-Waterproofing (reinforcement):

Sika® Reemat Premium is a glass fibre mat reinforcement for Decothane® and Sikalastic® Liquid Applied Membrane systems.


-Waterproofing (base coat):

One-part low odour polyurethane liquid applied base coat for use in conjunction with Decothane Ultra systems.


-Carrier Layer:

  • S-Vap 5000E SA is a multi-layer self-adhesive vapour control layer made of polymer modified bitumen with a glass-fibre mat reinforcement and an aluminium foil as top layer.


- Primer

  • Primer 600: Synthetic rubber and resins based primer.
  • Primer-610 Spray: Solvent-based synthetic-rubber bonding agent in a pressurized canister system.

  • European Technical Approval (No.ETA - 14/0331)
  • External fire performance according to ENV 1187:BRoof(t1) + (t4) over Built up roofing system, classification under BS 476-3: 1958 EXT F. AB
