A fully bonded torch-applied, polyester reinforced, SBS modified bitumen underlay. It has an upper surface finish of sand and a thermo-fusible film on the underside.
Features and benefits:
- Can be considered for overlaying existing bitumen roofing.
- Polyester reinforced carrier.
- Sanded finish provides surface texture for adhesion of the preceding torch-applied cap sheet.
- SBS modification – flexibility maintained under ambient temperature fluctuations.
- When used in conjunction with the SIGnature SBS Torch On Cap Sheet, the SIGnature Torch On system will qualify for a 25-year warranty (terms and conditions apply).
