Application
Shaped Box Gutters used as an alternative to traditional box gutters in gravity fed building rainwater management systems, suitable for various architectural styles and building types, also custom-sized solutions available. Used in contemporary applications where looking to achieve a slightly different look to box gutters. Can be utilised with any Guttercrest downpipe system. Can be used in residential or commercial applications. Jointing unions already attached to the end of the shaped box gutter for ease of installation and providing a more secure jointing method.
Description
Shaped Box Gutters are an alternative to box gutters, available in a wide range of sizes and can be manufactured as required. Meets the standards of BS 9101: 2017
Features and benefits:
- Available in standard gutter lengths of three metres and one and a half metres.
- Material thickness is 2 mm across all sizes.
- Multiple gutter sizes ranging from 100 x 75 mm up to 300 x 200 mm.
- Includes various outlet sizes and types such as round and square/rectangular outlets.
- Offers a variety of angles including 90° external and internal, 135° external and internal, and irregular angles.
- Stop ends are provided as internal stop ends with right hand and left hand options.
- Manufactured from aluminium material.
- Available in mill finish and PPC (polyester powder coated) finish options.
- Compatible with a range of gutter brackets including side rafter, top rafter, and mortar brackets.
