A discreet fix fire-rated rainscreen cladding panel system. 40 mm deep cassette panels are overlapped with fixings placed in the panel joints.
Application
A fire tested and certified Rainscreen cladding system solution suitable for new build and refurbishment projects. Available in multiple material and finishes (Aluminium PPC as standard) with customised panel sizes. Panels can be installed vertically or horizontally and on soffits.
Description
SF40-FR is a discreet fix fire-rated rainscreen cladding panel system. 40 mm deep cassette panels are overlapped with fixings placed discreetly in the panel joints offering a cost-effective facade solution in this fully drained and back-ventilated cladding system. SF40-FR is mounted on a standard Helping Hand system including standard brackets and T or L section rails. Helping Hand brackets create the insulation/ cavity zone as required and transfer the wind and dead loads to the wall. Colour matched A2 austenitic stainless-steel fixings are used in the panel recesses to mechanically fix the SF40-FR to the secondary support system. SF40-FR can be installed vertically, horizontally or on soffits.
