Non Glazed Smoke Outlet Panel/Smoke Vent Panel.
Description
Comprising of an adequately reinforced 115mm deep concrete slab (H12 reinforcing bar) coffered on the underside with ribs at 150mm centres. The concrete to achieve Grade C40, colour: natural grey concrete. The top face to have a trowelled finish and the soffit to be 'as cast'. Set into the top face a demarcation material to outline the clear/structural opening together with a suitably worded Identification Plate i.e. "SMOKE OUTLET FROM BASEMENT". Identification Plates with bespoke wording can be specified.
