CleanSpace A24 System T24 A, E - 600 x 600 x 25 mm
A ceiling tile designed for use in high-risk, air pressure control environments such as clean rooms and laboratories where there are demanding sanitation requirements.
Suitable for use cleanrooms and laboratories in healthcare and industry settings.
A mineral wool tile encased within an air and watertight inert film, specifically designed for use in high-risk, air pressure controlled environments where there are demanding sanitation requirements. CleanSpace™ Block has a high sound absorption (Class A) very low particle emission (ISO Class 2).
Features and benefits:
Humidity resistance and dimensional stability:
Microbiological class M1 fulfilling the requirements of Zone 4 (very high risk) defined by NF S 90-351:2013. The particle elimination kinetics class conforms to CP(0,5)5 according to the norm NF S 90-351:2013.
The high-performance inert film of CleanSpace Block provides enhanced durability and water repellence. The film contains DMAc (CAS 127-19-5) in a concentration ≥ 0.1% and < 1% by weight.
Resistant to using Hydrogen Peroxide Vapor disinfection with impact on aeration time. Can withstand and will not be affected by UVC and Ozone disinfection.
Clean room classification:
ISO Class 2.
Compatible edges, grids and systems:
Rockfon System CleanSpace T24 A, E.
Suitable in areas where differential pressure is required to prevent infections from spreading. Due to its high performance film and combined with 8 clips HDC 2 (25 mm tile, 600 x 600 mm), it achieves an air leakage rate of less than 0.5 m³/h/m²/Pa under a pressure range of 5 to 40 Pa.
The surface can be:
K40/115 Unit/ modular suspended ceiling system
K40/265 Infill units
K40/10 Unit/ modular suspended ceilings
Thick board panel.
Mineral wool tile encased within an air and watertight inert film.
Class A (to ISO 11654: 0.90 αw).
Reaction to fire
To BS EN 13501-1, Class B-s1,d0.
Size (length x width)
600 x 600 mm.
ISO Class 2.
To ISO 2812-1 and VDI 2083 Part 17, Excellent.
