Application

The RESPACE automated parking system is designed for use in residential or commercial properties.

Description

The RESPACE automated parking system uses pallets to transport vehicles (including e-vehicles) from bright, well-lit and comfortable transfer cabins to an automated garage above or below ground.


The RESPACE requires no access ramps, walk- or driveways. The pallet-based structure flexibly accommodates shear walls or pillars and can create parking spaces in even the most difficult footprints. It can accommodate a large majority of today's vehicles up to 5.4 m in length and up to 3 tons in weight.


Owners and developers can offer EV-charging facilities to users on up to 100% of spaces. All pallets can be equipped with charging sockets or individual e-pallets can be assigned to specific users.


A modern and intuitive user administration tool allows the creation of administrators, user groups and users and can support a rental or booking system.


Users don't have to hunt for available parking spaces and can enjoy the luxurious and comfortable valet-like experience. An intuitive user guidance system and app complete the set-up.


RESPACE has been installed In London, New York and Amsterdam.
