Standard product features

Coverage:

Typically, PUDLO PremDeck is 2 L/m². However, this depends on the actual surface of the substrate:

  • Smooth surface: 1.3 L/m².
  • Rough surface: 1.9 L/m².
  • Topcoat: 0.5 L/m².

Technical characteristics:

  • Fire test (to BS EN 13501-5:2005): B ROOF (t4).
  • Foot test (to FM test – PU foam (91 kg)): Pass.
  • Hail damage (to FM test – PU foam (0.4 kg from 5.4 m) and concrete (0.4 kg from 5.4 m)): Pass.
  • Water leakage (to FM test – 150 mm head of water/ 7 days (after 1000 hours accelerated weathering)): Pass.
  • Tensile strength (to BS EN ISO 527-3): 3307/ 4851/ 4911 N/50 mm.
  • Elongation at maximum load (to BS EN ISO 527-3): 3.7/ 2.8/ 3.1%.
  • Water vapour transmission (to BS 3177 (25°C/ 75% RH)): 0.72 g/m²/day.
  • Water vapour resistance (to BS 3177 (25°C/ 75% RH)): 285 MNs/g.
  • Delamination strength (to EOTA TR 006): L4 kPa (unaged, head aged and water exposure).
