Description
A cold applied flexible methane, radon and carbon dioxide resisting waterproof membrane incorporating an aluminium layer and a polymer modified bitumen compound on a high strength polymer backing film.
Features and benefits:
- Dimensionally stable.
- Methane, radon and carbon dioxide resistant.
- Angle and corner details, where possible, a 25 mm chamfer should be provided to all external angles prior to application of the reinforcing strip.
- Primers can be specified separately.
- BBA Agrément certification.
Supports construction of Passivhaus buildings which can achieve net zero carbon emissions over the life of the structure. Energy required for heating can be 90% less than a conventional design.
