PROMIROCK SBI-PRO - Mineral Wool Panel

PROMIROCK SBI is a new range of non-combustible wall panels, made up of an insulated, moisture resistant mineral wool core and two coated steel faces. A new interlock with factory fitted air seals means both ranges achieve optimum thermal performance, and intumescent joints on the PROMIROCK panels help to deliver impressive fire resistance performance.

PROMIROCK SBI combines the highest levels of fire and mechanical performance whilst offering specifiers the choice of visible or secret fix options. All panels are designed to cope with extreme weather due to enhanced water and airtightness.

Standard panels are offered in a range of different thicknesses and steel faces depending on the mechanical and thermal performance required. Specifiers can mix and match the internal and external geometries of the steel to achieve their chosen aesthetic.

• Thermal transmittance U_c down to 0.14 W/m²K in thickness 300 mm.
• Reaction to fire A2-s1, d0.
• EI 60, EI 120 and EI 180 fire resistances validated under conditions and available on request.
• Validated for use in Public Access Buildings (ERP).
• Standard thickness of facings: External side 0.63 mm/ Internal side 0.50 mm.
• Eight thicknesses of insulation core available, from 80 to 300 mm.
• Vertical or horizontal installation.
• Hidden fixings.

Panels can be supplied with or without an intumescent fire strip (factory installed) in the joint, depending on your fire resistance requirements.
