Application
PREFLEX PU is supplied in a foil sachet, which fits into a PREMCRETE 600ml BULK SEALANT GUN. The end of the sachet is cut off before screwing the nozzle into place. The sealant may then be extruded into the joint, using the correct size nozzle for the joint width.
It is important to ensure that the depth of the joint is no greater than the width of the joint, otherwise curing of the sealant will be impeded. Once the sealant has been extruded into the joint then it may be tooled to a smooth finish using a suitable spatula.
Description
PREFLEX PU is a high modulus single-component polyurethane hybrid sealant which exhibits excellent adhesive properties and remains permanently elastic once cured. The cured sealant has good resistance to water and a wide range of industrial chemicals.
