Semi-lightweight fine grain one coat render.
Application
Suitable for use on a range of concrete blocks:
- 3.6–7.3 N/mm² ultra-lightweight aggregate concrete blocks with a dry density of <950 kg/m³.
- 3.6–7.3 N/mm² lightweight aggregate concrete blocks with a dry density of 950–1500 kg/m³.
- 7.5 N/mm² dense aggregate concrete blocks with a dry density of 1500 kg/m³.
- Concrete*.
- Brickwork*.
- Clay insulating blocks*.
- Existing sound renders*.
- Lightweight aircrete concrete blockwork of a density > 550 kg/m³.
*It is recommended these substrates receive a suction control coat of PRB ACCROFIX PATE to provide an even substrate. If unsure please contact the manufacturer.
Applied in one layer (spray machine) or two layers (spray machine or hand) enhanced with embedded PRB ORANGE MESH or PRB AVE MESH.
For enhanced surface protection use the PRB HYDROFUGE.

Description
PRB SUPERBRUT is a weatherproof, breathable and decorative through colour render for external and internal masonry walls.
BBA certified at 12 mm thick decorative through coloured monocouche render available in a wide range of colours. This single coat weatherproof render allows the substrate to breathe whilst giving a fantastic long lasting finish.
Can be applied by hand or machine, with a variety of finishes such as scraped, roughcast and floated smooth finishes, note that these smooth application techniques which are hand finished will tend to leave a variable surface appearance which is part of the appeal of these types of finishes.
