Plenums

Kencar plenums are air distribution chambers used within building ventilation systems to ensure efficient and uniform airflow. Acting as a central hub, plenums balance pressure and distribute conditioned air across multiple outlets.

They serve as a transition chamber between ductwork and diffusers, grilles, or louvres, ensuring balanced air distribution, reduced noise, and improved system efficiency.

Kencar manufactures plenums in aluminium, mild steel, stainless steel or galvanized steel, with material thicknesses ranging from 0.9 mm to 3 mm. Units can be supplied in a range of finishes to meet both performance and aesthetic needs.

Where required, plenums can be supplied with factory-fitted spigots, perforated faces, or integrated features. Kencar can also partner with louvre suppliers to provide combined solutions for applications requiring airflow through external facades.
