Description

A slimline, mortised automatic drop seal designed for timber, metal, and PVC doors. Its ultra-narrow 8 mm profile makes it particularly suitable for minimalistic applications and allows installation alongside the Planet KR flush bolt. Featuring a high-efficiency mechanism with hinge-side triggering, it enables parallel lowering and automatic compensation for sloping floors.

Suitable for fire and smoke-shielding doors, with a seal height of up to 20 mm.
An optional bevel lip is available for uneven floors, accommodating gaps of up to 24 mm.
Unilateral and silent actuation.
No scraping/ trailing on the floor, thanks to parallel drop.
High-quality silicone gasket, lateral protrusion adjustable.
Can be shortened to the next smaller stock length.
Deeper recess allows for protection of the silicone lip.
Sound absorption level up to 48 dB.
