Application
Provides discreet roofspace ventilation at the lowest level of the roofline. For both new build and refurbishment projects.
Description
Over fascia vent, which provides a through-flow of ventilating air over the fascia board for both new build and roof refurbishment requirements.
Features and benefits:
- Complies with BS 5250 airflow area requirements.
- Conforms to standard grille regulation requirements, preventing the ingress of birds and large insects.
- Rounded front sections prevent the blocking of airflow from overlapping underlay.
- Unique two-stepped fixing position on HD 12000U allows for use on roofs above and below 15° pitch or warm roof applications.
