TPE Collar designed to connect bituminous membranes with through pipes/vents. They are fitted with a perforated flange to improve adhesion to the membranes. Available in 60mm & 90mm High.
Application
Pipework collar to assist with odour vents and stand pipes.
Description
Tough and durable collar, which is fitted around the outside of pipework emerging from the top of the roof/deck, such as bad odour vents and stand pipes.
Features and benefits:
- It is manufactured in a slight cone shape to give easy installation and to help direct water outwards away from the pipe and the hole.
- The collar includes a flange which is sandwiched between two layers of waterproofing membrane.
- It is perforated with a series of holes around the profile to allow the membrane underneath to pass through the holes and give a secure bond when the second layer of membrane is installed above it.
- A jubilee clip is fixed around the top end of the collar to secure the whole area.
- There is a range of size options to accommodate varying pipe widths.
