Natural Stone Aggregates & Gravels

Natural stone aggregates and gravels are mechanically crushed rock fragments produced from larger quarried stone masses. The crushing process generates angular particles with high interlock capability and variable grading depending on the specified size range.

Material composition varies by geological source and may include granites, sandstones, limestones, basalts or metamorphic stones. Particle shape, density and mineralogy influence drainage behaviour, stability, colouration and suitability for surface treatments.

Aggregates can be used as loose mulch, structural fill, paving separation, or within stabilisation systems such as cellular confinement grids. Colour characteristics remain stable but may darken when wet due to mineral absorption and surface moisture.
