Manufacturer guidance Core material: 18 mm-thick high-grade particleboard (650 kg/m³). Edge treatment: All edges lipped in impact-resistant ABS lipping with polyurethane adhesive (as below). Adhesive type: All components are bonded with specialist polyurethane washroom adhesive, for ultimate water-resistance and strength of bonding. This adhesive is environmentally friendly with zero rating formaldehyde emissions.
Pilasters	High-grade particleboard with HPL finish. Guidance for specification option: Insert colour requirements ('As Panels' for single colour scheme). Manufacturer guidance Core material: Two layers of laminated 18 mm high grade particle board, bonded together with PU adhesive to form panels of 40 mm overall thickness. Edge treatment: All edges lipped in ABS lipping, including rebated edge, for maximum protection. Adhesive type: All components are bonded with specialist polyurethane washroom adhesive, for ultimate water-resistance and strength of bonding. This adhesive is environmentally friendly with zero rated formaldehyde emissions.
