Modus is suitable for a wide range of new-build and refurbishment projects, including residential housing, mixed-use developments and mid-rise buildings. The system supports standard, slim, flush and tilt-turn configurations to meet architectural, planning and performance requirements.

Description

Modus is a fully integrated PVC-U window and door system capable of producing multiple window configurations from a single platform, providing flexibility across residential and commercial applications.

Features and benefits

Innovative 75 mm front-to-back, six-chamber profile design delivering high thermal and acoustic performance.
Utilises dual material extrusion technology (DMET), combining 50% virgin PVC-U and 50% post-consumer recycled PVC-U within a single profile.
Recycled material is contained within the core of the profile only, ensuring external finish quality, colour consistency and long-term colour stability are not compromised.
Slim rebate sash option provides a more contemporary aesthetic compared to traditional PVC-U window systems.
With a 7 mm external rebate, the slim sash delivers reduced sightlines and a cleaner façade appearance, complementing modern architectural design.
Internally flush sash profile creates clean lines and a premium internal finish.
