Metal Riser Door with Picture Frame – R57 Range - Access Panel, Wall Riser Door

A heavy‑duty metal‑faced riser door designed to provide secure and durable access to building services such as electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC systems and utility shafts within walls.

The unit incorporates the RapidFit® quick fitting hinge system allowing single person installation.

Supplied with an exposed picture frame and a three‑point locking system as standard, this riser door range is available in a variety of performance options including fire rated, acoustic and airtight versions where required.

Finished with a powder‑coated RAL 9010 (30% gloss) as standard with alternative colours available on request, this product is suitable for wall‑mounted applications where access to concealed services is required.

Acoustic and airtight versions:

• Acoustic Rated up to 33 dB tested in accordance with BS EN ISO 10140-2:2010. Smoke tested in accordance with BS EN 1634-3: 2004.
• Air Pressure tested to Class 2 tested in accordance with BSEN 1634-3: 2004.

Installation

• Designed for installation into wall systems providing concealed access to services.
• Ensure structural opening is sized in accordance with manufacturer guidance.
• Panels should be fitted prior to final wall finishes where applicable.
