Suitable for a roof pitches down to 15° (Smooth) 25° (Granular).

Description

Mendip is a single lap interlocking tile of double pantile design. Available in a smooth and granular finish, they can be used to a minimum pitch of 15°.


Batten size:

  • 38 x 25 mm for 450 mm support spacing.
  • 50 x 25 mm for 600 mm support spacing.


Tile head-lap:

  • Granular tiles: 100mm at 25°-29.9° roof pitches. 75 mm at roof pitches 30° and above.
  • Smooth tiles: 100mm at 15°-17.4° roof pitches. 75 mm at roof pitches 25° and above.


Fixing:

Carry out a site specific fixing specification to determine suitable fixing schedule that will combat wind loadings acting on the roof.
