Description

Maxwall offers premium, versatile WC duct panelling available in a wide range of colours and bespoke finishes, including HPL, SGL, glass, and veneer. Designed for precision and flexibility, all panels are made to measure and supplied pre-hung on factory-assembled aluminium frames for rapid, modular installation.

Featuring pre-fitted sanitaryware support rails and pre-finished shadows, Maxwall requires no on-site laminating and ensures easy maintenance and sanitisation. Hinged panel options provide discreet service access without unsightly inset panels. Tile backer-boards are compatible with any wall tile range, making Maxwall adaptable to diverse project designs.

Guidance for specification option:

  • Core material: 6 mm toughened and/ or safety-backed glass, bonded onto MFMDF substrate.
  • Colour/Finish: See Non-integral finishes.
  • Edge treatment: All glass edges bevelled and polished and edges of substrate panel lipped in impact-resistant ABS with polyurethane adhesive (as below).
  • Adhesive type: All components are bonded with specialist polyurethane washroom adhesive, for ultimate water-resistance and strength of bonding. This adhesive is environmentally friendly with its zero rating on formaldehyde emissions.

Fasteners

Heavy duty nylon lift-off or push-fit concealed clips; middle or upper panel side hinged with friction-stay hinges.

2 mm aluminium, vertical extrusions/ 25 mm plywood.

Frame assembly:

Core material: 2 mm aluminium, vertical extrusions, anchored to the floor with galvanized mild steel brackets.

Support rails for wash-hand basins, urinals and panel mounted WC’s are manufactured from 25 mm plywood and factory fitted.

All facing panels are pre-hung for quick site installation.


Fixing: Secured to rear wall using threaded rod fixed into wall-mounted Unistrut channel – all supplied as an entire ducting package.

18 mm moisture-resistant MDF/ HPL, colour.

Guidance for specification option:

Plinth/ shadows:

  • Insert colour requirements.
  • Centre/ end/ top shadows and plinth manufactured from 18 mm moisture resistant medium density fibreboard faced in high pressure laminate and balanced, eliminating on site laminating.
