High performance acoustic and fire-rated ceiling system designed to meet Building Regulations Approved Document E without the need for additional floor treatments.
The Maxi 60 ceiling system is ideal in situations where Building Regulations Approved Document E compliance is required along with a one hour fire separation. Simply installed below the joists, the Maxi 60 ceiling system requires no additional floor treatment and, at just over 60 mm deep, minimizes loss of room height.
It utilises Maxiboard, an extremely high performance and versatile acoustic building board. It can be used as an alternative to plasterboard to dramatically increase the acoustic performance of both existing and newly constructed walls and ceilings.
